Monique Burroughs-Dupaquier
was born in
Badd-Canstatt,
Germany. She was
raised in Hot
Springs, Arkansas,
and graduated from
Hot
Springs High School in 1983.
After graduation Monique
entered college at Louisiana
Tech University. |
 |
In February 1984 she began
her martial arts training
under the direction of Dr.
David Jordan.
Monique received her
1st Degree Black
Belt in 1991, 2nd
Degree Black Belt in
1994, and 3rd Degree
Black Belt in 1999.
Her current employer
is Lockheed Martin
Michoud Space
Systems Company. She
is the lead
Financial Estimator
for the External
Tank contract. She
is responsible for
change proposals and
negotiations for
this contract. She
has been employed
with them since
1987.
Monique is active at
work, home, and the
Dojo. She continues
to balance her time
and
maintain her martial arts
training and competition.
Monique held the World
Black Belt Women's
Sparring title in
1999 and 2001, and
the National Black
Belt Women's
Sparring title in
1999 |
